Will I receive tracking information for my letters?Updated a month ago
Your first letter will be shipped in 1-3 business days, and delivery will be 2-5 business days after that (5-8 business days total). International orders have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks after shipment. A tracking number will be provided once the letter has been shipped.
Remaining letters will be sent via regular mail and generally mailed on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month (no tracking available). Please allow up to 2 weeks for US delivery, and 4-6 weeks for international delivery. Please also take into account any USPS holidays which may extend the date of your letters’ arrival.
We highly recommend however, signing up for Informed Delivery with USPS. This is a FREE service in which they'll notify you via email with scanned images of soon-to-be-delivered mail.
