Letter #1 mails within 1-3 business days 
Letter #2 mails on the current mailing schedule 
Remaining letters are mailed on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month
In all the cases above, after the mailing date, please allow up to 2 weeks to deliver in the US and 6 weeks internationally. 
If you do not receive your letters within these time frames, please provide us with the following information.

-An order # or email you ordered with
-Name of the recipient
-Story collection and missing letter number
-Address

Gift Bundles, Gift Mailers, Tins, Prints, and Puzzles
All products are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Delivery usually occurs within 3-5 business days of shipping in the US and up to 2 weeks internationally. 
We will send a tracking number once we process your order.
