Letters

We will place your first letter in the mail within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please allow up to 2 weeks for US delivery, and 4-6 weeks for international delivery. While letters hardly take this much time to arrive at your mailbox, we provide these estimates as a guideline. Since letters are sent via USPS, tracking numbers are unavailable.

Other Products

All products other than letters will ship within 3-5 days of order. 

Delivery usually occurs within 3-5 business days of shipping in the US and up to 2 weeks internationally.

You will receive a tracking number once we process your order.  

If you do not receive your products within these time frames, contact [email protected] or in chat, click "No, I need more help," and provide us with the following information if you haven't already done so.
