Lost or DamagedUpdated a year ago

From time to time letters do not arrive for various reasons. To ensure a cohesive story experience, we offer to resend letters where applicable. Below are details regarding our letter resend policy. 


If a letter hasn’t arrived within the 2-week window for US letters or the 6-week window for international letters, we will resend the letter at no additional cost to you. 


Letters lost, damaged, or inaccurately addressed by The Flower Letters or the USPS will be resent at no additional cost to you.


Letters not delivered due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer can be resent at a charge of $5 for a US Letter, and $7 for international letters (please be sure the address is correct when ordering, or notify us in a timely manner if your address is changing). The USPS Mail Forwarding Service will help ensure delivery continues in the event your address changes. 


Letters lost or damaged by the recipient can be replaced at a cost of $5 for US letters and $7 for international letters.

-An order # or email you ordered with
-Name of the recipient
-Story collection and missing letter number
-Address
-Reason for resend
