How long does it take for your tins and other products to be delivered?Updated a year ago

All products other than letters will ship within 3-5 days of order. 

Delivery usually occurs within 3-5 business days of shipping in the US and up to 2 weeks internationally.

You will receive a tracking number once we process your order.  

If you do not receive your products within these time frames, contact [email protected] or in chat, click "No, I need more help," and provide us with the following information if you haven't already done so.

-Name of the recipient

-Story collection and missing letter number or product

-Address
